At the moment, we are specifically looking for students and flexi-jobbers to join our team.
We’re mainly hiring in our flagship cities: Mechelen, Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp, Waasland, and Ghent, but if you’re a student or flexi-jobber elsewhere and feel like a great fit, we’d still love to hear from you!

As a barista at IzyCoffee, you are responsible for the sales and preparation of all coffees and partner products. You contribute to maintaining a clean and presentable shop while fostering a great atmosphere. You strive for optimal customer satisfaction. With excellent service, a big smile, and a friendly chat, you provide our customers with an exquisite coffee experience!

Before you can start working at IzyCoffee, you must first complete our IzyCoffee Barista Academy.
Do you have a passion for coffee but no experience yet? The IzyCoffee Barista Academy offers you a professional barista training program consisting of multiple hyper-professional training sessions, where you will master the art of being a barista. If you pass the exam, you will earn the globally recognized SCA certificate (@specialtycoffeeassociation certificate).
These sessions are offered completely free of charge under a few conditions, the most important being that you complete the entire IzyCoffee Barista Academy program.
